HPNC Rooms
Use HPNC space for your next meeting, workshop, virtual class, and more. Furniture can be arranged according to your specifications prior to your arrival. Choose an option below based on your budget and capacity needs.

Onsite tours are available Tuesdays from 9am-12pm, or Wednesdays & Thursdays 2-6pm with an appointment. Email rentals@hpnclub.org to schedule a walk-through.

HPNC requires a minimum of 1.5 hours for medium rooms (25 people) and 2.5 hours for a large room (40 people). Scheduled times include set up and clean up time.
Expectations & Requests

Exit the space promptly upon designate space end-time

Ensure that your guests exit promptly with you

Notify your guests that all children MUST be supervised at all times throughout the building, even in common spaces and between programs

If you have guests waiting for your party to begin, an adult MUST stay with the child/children at all times
-
Guests should not wander into program spaces if they are not registered for that specific program

Guests can wait in the hall but should avoid blocking emergency exits and hallways
-
Ask your guests to help with ongoing problems in the bathrooms (refer to signage in restrooms)

Refund Policy: A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee applies to all rentals. Rental fees, minus the non-refundable $50 processing fee, may be refunded IF AND ONLY IF written notification of cancellation is received by HPNC at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of rental use.
Non-appearance does not constitute cancellation of the rental agreement, and in such an instance, the renter will remain responsible for full payment of rental fees. HPNC does not offer deferred, reduced, or pro-rated space rental fees.
