Community Conversations: Leslé Honoré, CNT

On June 29, Leslé Honoré of the Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT) met with HPNC staff, board, and community members. The conversation centered around CNT's work at the former Overton Elementary School building and using that space for community events and sustainability demonstration projects. Watch the video below to hear about CNT's successes and learnings gained from this and other experiences.

As HPNC explores options for revitalizing our building and grounds, we will continue to have conversations with individuals and organizations around Chicago who have considered and applied our shared values of racial and social justice, environmental stewardship, equity and excellence in community engagement and programming in creative ways. We hope that you will join us for future conversations! Follow us on Facebook to hear about those opportunities.
