About Football:

• The goal of HPNC’s football skills class is to introduce non-contact specific workouts to enhance football skills and technique as well as team-    building concepts. We look to develop resiliency and confidence in all of our student athletes.

• Sunday’s focus is on non-contact skill building.

• Monday is for applying skills in a non-contact game environment.

Watch Parties:

• Parents, siblings and friends are all welcome to attend as we watch football, talk with the coaches, mingle with parents and enjoy some healthy snacks at HPNC.

Rich Gardner was raised on the south side of Chicago. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 2004, he was drafted by the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. Rich also played for the Seattle Seahawks and the Kiel Hurricanes in Germany. With his playing days behind him, Rich is now focused on empowering student athletes to become leaders in our community through Maroon Village, a nonprofit organization he co-founded with his wife.
