THANK YOU to all who participated!

We were so pleased that this year’s Pancake Breakfast offered a new insight on ways to bring people together and build community despite our necessary social distancing.

Our Pancake Photo Contest had 36 entries and all looked absolutely delicious! Here are a few highlights.

Photo Contest Winners

1st Place Winner Kirsten “Kit” Ginsky made us all smile and brought much needed sunshine into our kitchens
2nd Place Winner was a great Zoom screenshot by Kate Groninger and Molly Meyer. Their picture shows that even when staying in place at home we can still connect with friends and relatives through food. A great inspiration!
3rd Place Part 1: Distant People Pancakes by Laura Voss Allen
3rd Place Part 2: A beautiful stack of pancakes with all the works by Myla Allen

Together these two are the perfect depiction of Virtual Pancake Breakfast!

Check out HPNC’s Facebook Page Photos section for more pictures of clever, creative, and oh so appetizing Pancake Photos! And while you’re there, check out the Virtual Pancake Breakfast videos as well!

You can still lend your support to HPNC’s Impromptu Virtual Pancake Breakfast! The event is over but the spirit lives on! Kate Groninger and Molly Meyer say they’re going to get together with family and friends next weekend to make French Toast!

A very special THANK YOU to our event sponsors, Hyde Park Produce and Hyde Park Bank! We appreciate all you do for HPNC!
